Binnur Al-Kazily is the principal and President of KiteTail Consulting, LLC. She is an experienced manager and innovator of high-tech products in small start-up like entrepreneurial environments within Fortune 500 companies. With 15+ years of experience, her functional diversity spans from technology management and new product development to cross-cultural communication and leadership.

Life-long learner, with passion for innovation and technology, Binnur has degrees in Computer Engineering, and also earned Master’s degrees in Computer Science and Management of Technology. Additionally, she has completed extensive training in leadership, product development management, and strategic thinking. Binnur is known as a strong leader with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to mentor and motivate others, build strong cross-functional collaborations, partnerships and customer relationships.

After an enriching 13-year career with Hewlett-Packard, and brief employment at Amazon.com, Binnur took on the challenge and excitement of starting a consulting company.

Binnur, originally from Turkey, is an avid traveler and enjoys working globally and across cultures. As a results-driven, highly energetic and passionate independent consultant, Binnur is looking to work in full partnership with clients to provide services for their innovation and technology management needs.
